Code of Conduct and Business Ethics
We believe in “Operating with Integrity”. In line with this motto, our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (the “Code”), is a comprehensive policy that serves as a guide for our staff’s day-to-day business conduct, serving our customers and working with suppliers. The Code specifies the kind of behaviour we accept and expect from our colleagues with regards to inter alia the following:
Anti-bribery and Whistle Blowing Policy
We take a zero-tolerance stance against bribery and corruption, and are committed to complying with anti-bribery laws in all relevant jurisdictions. Our Whistle-blowing Policy encourages anyone to report actual or potential illegal or unethical behavior from any member of our staff. Cases are handled by the Group Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer, or where applicable, by our Human Resources team.
Serving our Customers
We strive to cultivate a long-term and loyal customer base by delivering highly personalised and skilled interaction with all customers before, during and after their purchases. We endeavour to address all customer concerns through respectful dialogue, including our digital platform and through social media as well as our extensive retail network with a team of retail associates to serve customer needs. We pride ourselves on serving each customer as an individual, whether by assisting to find the right cut and size or offering timely alterations and solutions to customers’ concerns.
We recognise the importance of customer privacy. In compliance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, we limit the collection and use of personal information to that which is necessary for our business and we apply strict standards of security and confidentiality.
